Sarah Lambrecht studied music at Wisconsin Lutheran College and graduated with a BA in Music Education. She has used her musical gifts in many different ways--teaching in elementary school classrooms, music engraving for a publishing company, assisting with congregational worship planning and playing, and encouraging individuals through private music instruction. Along the way, she began writing new tunes for existing hymn texts. Sometimes she did it because the original tune seemed difficult for newer Christians to sing. Other times it was simply an exercise in composition. Sarah and her family live in Laramie, Wyoming, where her husband, Adam, serves as a pastor. Adam and Sarah have 4 children.
